Here are a few updates for you!

Ebook has been sent out through BackerKit

We created a download link for all our backers who purchased a digital copy of 'The Art of Luoman'.  The download link is available on your BackerKit account and a link has been sent out via email.

If you don't see the email, it may be because you did not complete your survey on BackerKit. If you did not complete your survey because you are about to move out, you will have to wait a bit to get your Ebook unless you contact us. This way, we will be able to send you the link manually!

We will start shipping this week!

We will start shipping the BOOK, MERCH, and NOTEBOOK perks this week. However, for the signed MERCH and BOOKS and the TEA TOWEL perks, you will have to wait until September 2021, until the artists come back to Europe.

Good morning, everyone!

Here's our June update. The books have arrived and, in a couple of weeks, we will start shipping them to their respective backers.

For the signed copies it will be necessary to wait until September, though, since the artist is out of town at the moment.

Backerkit surveys have been sent: please reply!

If you did not reply to the survey yet, please remember to do so, otherwise, we will not be able to ship your order before September 2021.

We will also start charging preorder Backers on June 30th.

BackerKit surveys are coming!

Hi, dear backers!

Soon, you’ll receive an email from us with a special link to your BackerKit survey. It’s important to respond to it within June 2021 since we need this information to fulfill your rewards.

You don’t need to create a BackerKit account to fill out your survey. When you receive the email with the survey, click the link to respond. Answer the questions about your reward preferences, provide shipping information, and purchase add-on items if you like. You don’t have access to this survey link yet, but it will be available soon via email!

After you respond to your survey, you can go back later and change your responses at any time before we close the surveys and get our final counts.

If you need to review your information or pledge status, you can return to your survey by clicking the link in your survey email or requesting your survey link under "Lost your survey?" on our BackerKit project page at https://theartofluoman.backerkit.com/.

If you used your Facebook credentials to log in to your Kickstarter account, the BackerKit survey is sent to the email address you use for your Facebook account. If you have other questions, please read our FAQs first at https://theartofluoman.backerkit.com/faq#project-faq.

We've sent everything to print + Surveys update!

Goodmorning everyone,

We received the Kickstarter funds a couple of weeks ago and we literally ran to get everything to print before the summer! 

Some merchandise products have reached us, but we are still waiting for books, notebooks, bookmarks from our suppliers in Italy, and stickers and tea towels from our suppliers in the UK.

We expect the rest of the products to arrive by June 7th so we will not start shipping before that date.

In the meantime we are going to show you the first printing proofs of the book cover (without enhancements) and of the interior. For the interior we have decided to move away from the coated paper for a higher quality uncoated paper, which is slightly rough to the touch but excellent in color rendering.

And below we show you the first examples of the merchandise.

When should you expect BackerKit surveys?

Soon! We are still fixing the latest issues with the BackerKit platform with the help of their customer service. In particular, we want to be sure that if you buy some add-ons when replying to the survey, there will be no additional price increases or exaggeratedly high shipping costs.

Pre-orders open for The Art of Luoman!

Hello dear backers!

We are super glad to announce we opened the pre-order for 'The Art of Luoman' artbook and it will last 20 days. This way, we hope to reach our last stretch goal of 49k so everyone could have their book with the gold foil cover!
